POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in their contributions to the food industry. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our produce is packaged with precision and care. This position offers an opportunity to develop essential skills in organization and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately packaging products according to established guidelines.
  • Efficiently operating packaging equipment while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Regularly cleaning and sanitizing the work area to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Adhering to good manufacturing practices to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Reporting any potential issues that may affect food safety to the Supervisor.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs.
  • Capacity to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Willingness to learn and operate machinery.
  • Ability to commit to a consistent work schedule.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Exposure to ambient temperatures during work hours.
