POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking diligent individuals who take pride in their contributions and are eager to be part of a transformative organization. In this role, you will be responsible for packing produce with precision and care, adhering to safety and quality standards. This position offers the chance to develop valuable organizational skills and learn about essential manufacturing practices that ensure food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately packaging products in accordance with established specifications.
  • Safely operating packaging machinery to maximize efficiency.
  • Regularly cleaning and sanitizing the work area to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Adhering to good manufacturing practices to uphold safety and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting any potential safety concerns or deficiencies to the Supervisor.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for the duration of the shift.
  • Willingness to learn machinery operation.
  • Commitment to a consistent schedule, which may include weekend shifts.
  • Eligibility to work verified through E-Verify.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Shifts available: 1st Shift; (4) 10-hour days.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Exposure to ambient temperatures during work hours.
