Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to provide exceptional hospitality to our guests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a high level of social contact.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand Banquet Event Orders to ensure accurate service.
  • Carry and transport food and beverage items with ease, adhering to DLTCC standards.
  • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Set up and maintain food and beverage stations, adhering to DLTCC standards.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure accurate tracking of food and beverage items.
  • Keep event areas and front-of-house staging areas tidy and organized.
  • Participate in setup and cleanup of food and beverage service items.
  • Work independently during slower periods and as part of a team during peak periods.
  • Perform safe work practices to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Have a high level of social contact, working closely with staff and dealing with patrons.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
  • Be detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and complete work.
  • Be able to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs. and 15 lbs. often.
  • Be punctual and have consistent attendance.
  • Respond to simple complaints or inquiries from customers, members of the business community, and/or regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED is strongly preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in events, banquets, or restaurants is preferred.
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age to serve alcoholic drinks.
