At Connection, we're seeking a skilled IT QA Analyst to join our team in Westborough, MA. As a key member of our Technical Services division, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to automate or enhance the testing process.
- Provide QA approval for new software releases and maintain documentation of software release approvals for PCI security.
- Develop and adhere to quality standards for the organization and create effective testing procedures.
- Associate degree or technical coursework completed.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance environment, with a focus on building test cases.
- Any certifications in software testing (CAST, ISTQB, CSQA) are a plus.
- Deep understanding of various applications and ability to emulate use cases and document them in a library of test cases.
