- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- State of Florida Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support Certification (BLS), ACLS, and BLS.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care methods and procedures.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve complex problems, promoting patient-centered care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and policies.
