About the Role

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to support our rapidly growing life sciences business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and improving test frameworks, enabling our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet regulatory requirements, and driving improvements to GxP quality systems and processes through a software quality engineering lens.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing framework in support of Palantir-wide QMS, ensuring process documentation and promoting process consistency across the organization.
  • Design and implement a Change Management software system atop Palantir Foundry, adaptive to client requirements while conforming to developer practices within Palantir.
  • Lead Change Management meetings with key client POCs, demonstrating proactive and retroactive changes to guide changes in client SOPs and trainings for client personnel.
  • Audit developer-authored unit and integration tests, working with Product Development teams to ensure maximal code coverage.
  • Run Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and guide Performance Qualification (PQ) of Palantir Foundry system.
  • Establish and nurture inter-departmental relationships to drive key objectives, such as socializing SOPs, conducting and enforcing training programs, and negotiating release process with product development teams.
  • Champion and advocate for ingrained quality across Palantir, working with product development and product reliability teams to implement GxP processes.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of relevant work experience in software development (test) engineering.
  • Experience documenting SOPs and coordinating cross-functionally to maintain adherence to documented process.
  • Expertise navigating the product life cycle, as well as standard SDLC in a DevOps world.
  • Ability to connect and develop positive relationships with employees across cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Product Reliability, Product Development, among others).
  • Interest in building frameworks that comply with industry standards.

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000/year.
