Customer Success Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Lead to join our team at Leidos Holding. The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer engagement plan to understand customer needs and improve contract performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a customer-focused approach to identify and address customer needs, improve contract performance, influence on-contract growth, and provide IT operations thought leadership.
- Recruit, lead, manage, and develop a team of junior and senior-level employees with expertise in infrastructure and systems management, asset management, cyber operations, and IT operations.
- Manage IT infrastructure and application infrastructure life-cycle technical support, including planning, project management, installation, on-going management/monitoring/troubleshooting, and de-installation.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop a recruitment strategy specific to the local market and regularly measure effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Prior people leadership experience with the ability to drive successful completion of projects and deliverables.
- Proven track record achieving maximum award fee and on-contract growth.
- Strong performance in government contracting, particularly related to financial aspects and standard business practices.
- Successful experience running staff augmentation contracts or CLINS with LOE usage.
