Job Title: North America Sustainability Lead

Auria Solutions, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced North America Sustainability Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Global Responsible Sourcing and North America Sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a supplier sustainability data management system through Assent and direct engagement with suppliers.
  • Create a strategic supplier engagement strategy based on supplier mapping and develop a responsible supply chain organization within Auria.
  • Develop and lead a multi-year supplier CO2 reduction program and create an internal forum to engage with the Procurement team to ensure sustainability points are captured in RFQs.
  • Organize supplier sustainability events for Global Auria on an annual or bi-annual basis and provide competitive intelligence to operations and engineering on new sustainable alternatives and solutions.
  • Support Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), recycled content activities within the global sustainability team, engineering, and operations.
  • Be the central point of contact for all Auria responsible supply chain questions from customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for developing internal tools for the sustainability team.
Requirements:
  • Degree in supply chain, business management, sustainability, environmental sciences, chemical or process engineering, or similar.
  • 7-10 years of practical experience in global procurement and supply chain knowledge.
