About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in Foster City, California. As an LVN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with pediatric and adult patients in their own homes, providing high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and services in accordance with prescribed orders.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
  • Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
