Job Summary:

Hotel Resource is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager to lead our hotel operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hotel management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
