Hotel Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Hotel Resource is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager to lead our hotel operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hotel management experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
