Requirements

  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or the Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA), are highly desirable.
