- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all hotel operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5-6 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a strong background in revenue growth, cost control, and team development.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Certifications: Hospitality industry certifications, such as the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) or the Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA), are highly desirable.
