YOUR ROLE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engagements on specific client accounts.
  • Oversee pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive engagement work plans.
  • Illustrate budgets and timelines.
  • Actively contribute to proposals.
  • Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, while providing regular performance coaching and feedback.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
  • A CPA designation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm.
  • Familiarity with audit software ProSystem Fx is advantageous.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
