As an Assembler II, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing products that meet our quality standards while ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform assembly work to manufacture products, adhering to quality standards and meeting production targets.
- Validate materials before assembly, review work instructions, and build products according to specifications.
- Contribute to identifying problems and implementing countermeasures to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
- Provide training to employees on work instructions and standard work procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1 year of complex assembly or related experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional travel may be required.
