Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hy-Tech Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless teletherapy sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional support to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Session Preparation: Verify the attendance list, review school updates, and ensure the computer is ready for teletherapy sessions.
• Student Support: Assist students during sessions, redirect behavior, and provide support as needed.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during teletherapy sessions.
• Facility Maintenance: Clean and sanitize the computer, mouse, and headphones throughout the day and at the end of each day.
• Collaboration: Assist the Hy-Tech SLP in connecting with other staff members and fostering collaborative relationships within the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a background in school environments or pursuing a degree in education. Proficiency in teleconferencing platforms and a knack for troubleshooting audio/video equipment are essential. Strong organizational and schedule management skills are also required.
