Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and support to external customers via phone, live chat, or email
  • Authenticate callers to ensure the security of our customers and the bank
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and administrative requirements through ongoing training and development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, written and verbal
  • 1 year of related customer service experience required
  • 1 year of call center and/or financial services experience preferred
Work Schedule

Our customer service team works a variety of shifts, including Monday-Friday and every other Saturday. Additional shifts may be available on Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.
