Job Summary

This Pharmacy Grad Intern role is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Pharmacy Grad Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team to ensure the accuracy and quality of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders under the direction of a Pharmacist.
  • Counsel customers regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
  • Maintain confidential information and controlled medication procedures as permitted by local, state, and federal laws.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and evaluate potential chemical interactions and side effects associated with the use of prescribed medications.
  • Provide customer service by acknowledging the customer, identifying customer needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving customer issues and concerns, and promoting products and services.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in final year at an accredited Pharmacy school.
  • Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certification (optional).
