Regional Sales Manager

Are you a charismatic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? As our District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring seamless service delivery at our Savannah, GA location.
Job OverviewOur ideal candidate possesses 3 years of multi-unit management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth through increased car counts and revenue per car. They should be proficient in computer and administrative skills, with a flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
As a District Manager, you will oversee recruitment processes, training, and coaching to ensure that site teams are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also monitor labor percentages, preventative wash maintenance, and budgeted standards for labor costs, chemicals, utilities, and equipment repairs & replacements.
In addition to the salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, our team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including monthly incentive pay based on performance, tuition reimbursement, free car washes, car stipend, 401K match, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off.
