Senior Escalations Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Escalations Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling complex customer complaints and issues related to credit cards, checking accounts, and business escalated matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of customer complaints and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of financial products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure compliance and maintain high-quality customer service.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong background in customer service and complaint resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate complex customer issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
