About the Job

At Quality Talent Group, we're seeking a skilled Collision Damage Estimator to join our team. As a champion of trust, you'll be responsible for educating customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. Your expertise in estimating systems like CCC1, Mitchell, and Audatex will ensure accurate damage evaluations and efficient repair processes.

Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights.
  • Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
  • Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure our quality standards by performing in-process QC.
  • Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience.
  • Pull and review data procedures for Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process.
  • Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are completed.

Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years in a collision estimating role required.
  • Knowledge of various estimating systems like CCC1, Mitchell, and/or Audatex.
  • Knowledge of working with Insurance partners and associated DRP programs.
  • Customer Service Skills.
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management, and the ability to adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
