Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive business success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and achieving financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage department managers and line-level employees to deliver excellent service and meet brand standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and ensure effective use of digital sales systems and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain the hotel's service recovery program to resolve guest issues promptly and effectively.
  • Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the company's leadership team and embody the company's values and mission.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
