We are seeking a driven Sales Specialist to promote and lease construction and agricultural machinery in southern middle Tennessee. As an authorized dealer for renowned brands such as Takeuchi, Link Belt Excavators, and Massey Ferguson, your primary objective will be to enhance our current business and create new revenue streams through equipment sales and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Facilitate the sale and rental of construction machinery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the construction or agricultural sector is preferred.
  • A college degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Proficient in PC operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
