About the Role:
As a Property Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in our financial strategy. Your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Leading the preparation of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our property assets.
2. Ensuring adherence to all applicable financial regulations and standards.
3. Managing a team of property accountants, promoting an atmosphere of professional development and continuous improvement.
4. Conducting regular audits and financial analyses to pinpoint trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
5. Collaborating closely with property managers and key stakeholders to devise and implement effective financial strategies.
6. Overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering precise and timely financial insights to senior management.
7. Utilizing your expertise in Yardi software to enhance our financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A CPA or CMA designation is advantageous.
2. At least 5 years of experience in property accounting, particularly within the real estate sector. Managerial experience is preferred.
3. Proficiency in Yardi software is essential; candidates lacking this experience will not be considered.
4. Strong financial acumen with a proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
5. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a history of cultivating high-performing teams.
6. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
7. A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all aspects of your work.
