Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the production team to achieve goals and improve individual skills
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements
  • Establish and sustain effective relationships with team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Operate and learn different machines and positions on the line, including labelers, wrapping machines, and quality enhancement specialists
  • Accurately perform SAP transactions and take ownership of personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Support the production line team in areas of safety, quality, and cost
  • Evaluate and coordinate training needs and efforts of production team members
  • Lead daily team meetings and complete daily performance reports and shift paperwork
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in leadership or supervision
  • Proven experience in leadership or supervision of others
  • Machine operator background preferred
  • SAP experience preferred but not required
