Key Duties:

  1. Event Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of community events aimed at showcasing Texas Care's offerings and engaging local residents.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop events that are informative and impactful.
  2. Community Research:
    • Identify and research influential community figures and organizations.
    • Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with these stakeholders to enhance collaboration.
  3. Outreach and Education:
    • Implement outreach strategies to educate community leaders and residents about Texas Care's mission and services.
    • Participate in presentations and informational gatherings.
  4. Feedback Collection:
    • Collect insights from community members to assess their needs and preferences.
    • Utilize this information to refine Texas Care's outreach strategies.
  5. Conflict Resolution:
    • Assist in mediating conflicts that may arise between Texas Care and community members.
    • Strive for amicable solutions that benefit all parties involved.
  6. Partnership Development:
    • Seek opportunities for collaboration with community leaders and organizations.
    • Support initiatives that align with community needs.
  7. Program Support:
    • Aid in the development of community-focused programs such as workshops and educational sessions.
    • Concentrate on initiatives that promote health and wellness.
  8. Cultural Awareness:
    • Recognize and respect cultural differences within the communities served.
    • Ensure that Texas Care's services are culturally responsive.
  9. Collaboration with Digital Marketing:
    • Work alongside the IT Director to implement social media strategies that enhance Texas Care's online visibility.
    • Contribute to digital marketing efforts to effectively reach target demographics.
  10. Reporting:
    • Prepare regular updates on community engagement activities and partnership developments.
    • Track growth metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of community initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with community members.
  • Cultural Competence: Understanding and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on resolving conflicts effectively.
