Job Title: Commercial Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for equipment, as well as janitorial duties including housekeeping. Your expertise in applying preventative maintenance to equipment and machines, and troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, will ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

In this role, you will inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair, troubleshoot issues, and assist with minor maintenance tasks such as cleaning grease machines and inspecting hoists and forklifts. You will also perform general cleaning activities, empty breakroom trash, and sanitize and stock restrooms. Additionally, you will maintain warehouse clear of trash, keep track of replacement parts for machines, and advise when warehouse supplies need to be ordered.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, experience using hand and electrical tools, and organizational skills. A background in welding is preferred, and knowledge of OSHA regulations is essential. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team.
