We provide multi-disciplinary consulting services, including civil engineering, environmental services, natural resources, landscape architecture, industrial hygiene, and land surveying in both the private and public sector.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the design and project coordination on large unique projects for local agencies throughout Washington and Oregon.

You will work in a team environment with other engineers, project managers, and PBS staff to deliver dynamic projects that support and improve the quality of life in our communities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • PE in both Oregon and Washington or ability to obtain both within 6 months of hire.
  • 5-10 years of increasingly responsible design experience.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D and/or MicroStation Inroads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with local and national codes and standards.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits, including immediate 401(k) eligibility with employer match, medical, dental/orthodontic, vision, alternative/naturopathic care, family-building benefits, FSA, HSA, and DCA.
