This is a full-time role, operating Monday through Friday for 40 hours each week. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.

Previous experience in a medical office setting, particularly with a background in insurance billing, is advantageous.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Front desk operations - warmly welcoming and assisting patients, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing front desk collections, entering and verifying insurance information and authorizations, while ensuring a seamless office workflow.
