**Job Summary**

At Alice Hyde Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medical Practice Operations team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and implement patient care plans in collaboration with our healthcare team.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of certified nurse aides and unlicensed assistive personnel.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on health and wellness topics.
  • Administer medications and provide nursing treatment under the direction of a registered nurse or licensed physician.

**Requirements**

  • Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
