Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, developmentally appropriate services to a diverse population of at-risk youth and young adults experiencing mental health symptoms.
- Collaborate with licensed clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
- Work in residential and community locations, including homes, schools, and program offices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with participants, families, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited college or university.
- Supervised experience in providing counseling services to at-risk youth and young adults.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk assessment, crisis management, and individual/family/group behavioral treatment methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recovery-model orientation, public mental health, and child welfare systems.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including intellectually disabled, homeless, and seriously emotionally disturbed individuals.
- Knowledge of designing, supervising, and monitoring individualized behavioral interventions.
