Position Overview:

At least one year of experience in long-term care and wound management is essential. Participation in a call rotation is required.

This is a full-time role that provides competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will possess proficiency in wound evaluation, classification, and treatment for a variety of wound types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognizing age-specific developmental considerations for adult and elderly patients
  • Administering care to residents with diverse needs, including those with Alzheimer's, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious diseases, and wound care
  • Delivering nursing services in accordance with established protocols while ensuring the safety of residents
  • Performing daily assessments and executing necessary nursing interventions

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing School with a valid RN or LPN license
  • Previous experience in a long-term care environment; supervisory experience is advantageous
  • In good standing with the State Department of Professional Credentialing
  • Strong technical assessment, documentation, and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and self-regulation
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
