Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Create a positive and engaging customer experience by providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting loyalty programs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with management, Associates, and customers to ensure seamless execution of store plans and priorities.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to Associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to support their career growth.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage Associate performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Experience: 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive Pay: Starting pay range of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.
