Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team at ResCare Community Living. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their physical, social, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks and activities
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Monitor and report on individual progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with support staff and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, special education)
