About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Emergency Department team at Atrium Health Union Levine Children's Hospital. As a RN Clinical Nurse I, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory and facility standards.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
  • Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of North Carolina.
  • Ability to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, with frequent walking and standing.
