Pest Control Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Specialist to join our team at Ecolab. As a Pest Control Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest elimination services to our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their pest elimination needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify pest issues and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Implement and monitor pest elimination treatments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in pest control or a related field; prior experience in a commercial setting a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds
