About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Specialist to join our team in Central Minnesota. As an I&E Technician, you will be responsible for testing, calibrating, repairing, and modifying electrical and control systems for plant production and process equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC hardware panels, including wiring and power supplies
  • Coordinate with plant operators to schedule outages for electrical and instrumentation repair and calibration
  • Read schematics, technical drawings, and manuals to isolate faults and repair equipment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience working with low-voltage transmitters, control loops, valves, and valve controllers, motor controllers, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
  • Superior understanding of safety protocols and procedures
