Job Title: Registered Nurse II - Interventional Radiology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse II with a strong background in nursing care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current Registered Nurse License and Basic Life Support Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong background in radiology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
