Job Summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Clinical Manager RN. This position is responsible for providing supervision and leadership to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services that meet the needs of patients and families.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.
  • Conduct regular home visits to assess patient care and services, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as agency policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of clinical staff.
  • Evaluate programs and services regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
  • Active CPR certification.
  • 3+ years of RN experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home health.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Medicare Skilled Nursing experience.
  • Basic understanding of OASIS.
