Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and manage customer credit risk to ensure optimal working capital and profitability
  • Work with the Credit Team and business management to leverage customer credit information to promote revenue and earnings growth
  • Monitor customer payment performance and engage with internal and customer contacts to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Lead and coach others in the Credit Team to ensure effective risk management and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 4-7 years of professional experience in credit risk management or a related field
  • Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and desire to identify and implement process improvements
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
