Overview

ITS ConGlobal, a leader in multimodal industrial terminal operations, is looking to fill several program management positions within its technical product development team.

As a Systems Integration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating both internal and external customer integration with ITS ConGlobal technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing automated solutions for data exchange in various formats and managing cross-functional programs. You will strategize, implement, and uphold integration initiatives that comply with industry standards and align with company goals. Additionally, you will assess and recommend whether to build or buy integration solutions. Collaborating with engineering management, you will oversee all project aspects: from design and development to prioritization, tracking, and proactive communication regarding project status. You will work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, implementation, and sales, and engage directly with customer technology and operations teams to influence and provide solutions for integrating ITS ConGlobal technologies into their operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement integration solutions for clients to connect with ITS ConGlobal technologies. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, project managers, and end-users, to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Define and oversee the implementation of solutions for data flowing into and out of ITS ConGlobal Technologies for assigned projects.
  • Ensure all projects align with customer requirements and internal implementation timelines.
  • Promptly escalate any project delays or risks to the appropriate project manager or implementation owner.
  • Manage complex integration scenarios involving multiple systems, platforms, and protocols.
  • Research and evaluate different integration tools, methods, and best practices to identify the most suitable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance when handling sensitive or regulated information.
  • Oversee integration performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume or real-time data.
  • Stay informed about evolving technologies, standards, and trends in the integration field while balancing client demands, project deadlines, and resource constraints.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and development teams.
  • Work with engineering, design, sales, solutions teams, and customer teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in system integration and managing data movement between systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for building impactful products.
  • Experience in agile environments and familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Product board.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficiency in programming languages for API use, ETL, middleware, or custom code to create and maintain integration workflows.
  • Strong foundation in programming concepts, algorithms, data structures, database management, and system architecture.
  • Knowledge of programming languages commonly used for building integrations, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby, .NET, or PHP, and web service technologies like RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and HTTP protocols.
  • Deep understanding of system integration concepts.
