About the Opportunity
At Covenant Physician Partners, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the preoperative phase. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of patients while in the preoperative phase and assisting with the supervision of nonprofessional personnel in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess individual patient needs and anticipate the requirements of the surgical team
- Provide aseptic and safe environment for patients
- Supervise nonprofessional personnel in the area
About the Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Georgia or compact state Registered Nursing license, unencumbered
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Associates degree or higher in Nursing
- OR Circulator experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ophthalmology experience
- Membership and participation in professional organization
