About the Opportunity
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Surgical Services Nurse.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide safe and effective care to patients in the preoperative phase
- Assist with the supervision of nonprofessional personnel in the surgical area
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and provide services while maintaining aseptic and safe environment
**Requirements:**
- Georgia or compact state Registered Nursing license, unencumbered
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
- Associates degree or higher in Nursing
- OR Circulator experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- One (1) or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ophthalmology experience
- Membership and participation in professional organization
