Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Technician 3 to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic systems. Your expertise in digital systems repair and electro-mechanical maintenance will be essential in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of technical issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair of complex digital and electro-mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including repair procedures and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field, applying this knowledge to improve our systems and processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital systems repair, electro-mechanical maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP ERP systems, with experience in quality systems and documentation a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a typical office/light manufacturing environment.

Base Salary Range Region 1: $59,900 - $81,100
Base Salary Range Region 2: $50,900 - $68,900
