Key Responsibilities
- Implement TPM Strategies: Apply TPM methodologies to improve manufacturing operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
- Monitor KPIs: Achieve key performance indicators such as Mean Time Between Repairs (MTBR), Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance, and Inventory Accuracy.
- Work Order Management: Ensure proper usage of work orders and assign them as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Improve maintenance processes and procedures in line with TPM principles.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and employees.
- Ability to prioritize projects and daily assignments.
- Ability to recognize operating mechanisms of various fish processing/packaging machines.
- Possesses or willing to obtain a boiler operator's license.
- Flexible to attend training recommended by plant management.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb ladders.
- Ability to bend and twist to perform necessary repairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to work on concrete floors in a cool, wet, and damp environment.
