We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Care Specialist to provide direct care and oversight to At-Risk/High Risk children and adolescents. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, patience, and understanding.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to At-Risk/High Risk children and adolescents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child or adolescent.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Monitor and report on the progress of each child or adolescent, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2 years of experience working with At-Risk youth.
- Ability to clear a DOJ, FBI, and CACI background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
This is a flexible, independent contractor role with opportunities for evening and weekend hours. As a Behavioral Care Specialist with Delta-T Group Inc., you will have the autonomy to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
