Job Title: Industrial Machine Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Machine Maintenance Manager to join our team at GPAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as leadership and management experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Lead a team of mechanics and handymen/women in performing repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations
  • Diagnose and repair complex machinery issues
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies
  • Evaluate and improve preventative maintenance plans

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • Extensive knowledge of machinery and equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand dimensioned drawings
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
