Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, or alter electrical services, equipment, and controls using approved and properly sized wire, conduit, raceways, and equipment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools, test instruments, and equipment, and maintain them in good condition.
  • Assist in performing other duties, including work of other trades as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a State of Kansas/Missouri or UAW Journeyman's Card.
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and Journeyman Electrical License.
  • Valid state driver's license in good standing.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative style.
  • Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing, or walking.
  • Ability to safely use manual tools and power equipment common in Building Maintenance.
