Maintenance Specialist

Avanti Residential LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the appearance and functionality of our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare units for move-ins by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
- Complete work orders within 24 hours as directed by the Community Manager and/or Service Manager.
- Repair and maintain various systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Respond to after-hours emergency calls and arrive at the property within an hour whenever possible.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family capacity.
- OSHA, EPA, and CPO certificates/licenses required.
