Job Summary

Familia Dental is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Check in patients and verify their insurance eligibility
    • Confirm and/or reschedule appointments as needed
    • Collect payments for services provided
  • Customer Service
    • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
    • Provide information and support to patients and staff
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
    • Process and submit insurance claims
    • Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a dental office or customer service role preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer knowledge and experience with dental management software
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail
