Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our team at Smith Douglas Homes. This full-time role offers an hourly rate plus commission and provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

In this position, you will assist in administrative tasks, coordinate loan applications, and communicate with potential buyers. Our ideal candidate has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in sales and customer service.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to launch their career in real estate and work towards becoming a successful Sales Agent. You will be paired with experienced Sales Agents who will provide guidance and support throughout your training.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate set up of loan applications for prospects and monitor the loan process
  2. Complete monthly competitive studies
  3. Maintain upkeep of Sales Center, Model homes and Production Inventory homes
  4. Demonstrate homes and home sites directly to potential buyers

Requirements:

  • Georgia Real Estate license
  • Administrative and Sales experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills
