Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance workers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Conduct periodic inventories of equipment, tools, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address maintenance needs and priorities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. facilities management, maintenance technology) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, with a strong background in supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and quality.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
